I was able to maintain the weight loss from the week that I was sick (week before last) as well as drop another pound. Hooray!! I'm happy with the weight loss but I really need to get this weight off. I'm going to have to start focusing on some formal exercise - weights and cardio. But that's not all I need to do. I really need to incorporate more vegetables and fruit into my diet.
My goal this week is to lose at least 3 pounds. I know I can do it...now to prove it!
