Day 24, Food and Exercise Log

I don't know how I forgot but did. I forgot to start my food and exercise log this morning.

Breakfast:
Tim Horton's Iced Cappucino (made with white milk)
Donut (oops!)

Lunch:
Burrito (leftover from last night's dinner)

Snack:
Flat Earth Apple Cinnamon chips

Dinner:
Shrimp and pasta salad
**The shrimp went over really well. It must have been a while since we had it.

Snack:
1/2 cup Edy's Slow Churned Chocolate Fudge Chunk Ice Cream with a teaspoon of walnuts.

Overall thought: I did some light exercises but still really need to get motivated and do more cardio. I'm thinking about purchasing the two new Biggest Loser workout DVDs.
