Day 20, Food and Exercise Log

Crazy day! I know what I ate but not sure what meal it would actually be.

I had originally started with Tim Horton's Iced Cappucino but it ended up all over the driveway when I got out of the car.

Breakfast: 1/2 piece of pizza
2 slices of pineapple

Snack:
2 snack size Baby Ruth candy bars

Lunch:
1/2 PBJ sandwich

Dinner:
Turkey Wrap

Exercise: None...it was 10:00 before I knew it.

Overall thought: A meal plan would have really helped today. We normally don't do anything on the weekends since money is tight. This weekend we had the Disney on Ice show at 11:00 in the morning so it really threw me off.
