Day 22, Food and Exercise Log

Should be another nice day in the weather category!

Breakfast:
Glass of organic Vanilla Soymilk
Flat Earth Apple Cinnamon Chips
Banana

Snack:
English Muffin w/grape jelly

Lunch:
Small Shamrock Shake from McDonald's
Smart Ones Calzone (Yummy! It's 6 WW points.)

Snack:
Three pineapple slices

Dinner:
Meatball sandwich

Snack:
1/2 Cup Edy's Slow Churned Chocolate Fudge Chunk (3 WW points)

Overall thought: Wasn't too bad of a day. If it wasn't for the McDonald's milkshake when I had a terrible headache, it wouldn't have been too bad. Again, really need to get some exercise in there.
