Day 34 and 35, Food and Exercise Log

What a busy weekend! I didn't have time to post much so here's two days in one...

Day 34
Breakfast:
Egg on toasted English Muffin

Lunch:
1/2 turkey sandwich
Coke (BAD, BAD choice - it's the only thing besides milk and I hate milk!)
Snacks (snacked at Sam's not much but there were a few things I probably shouldn't have sampled. I love the Gogurts!)

Dinner:
2 pieces of Pizza

Exercise:
1 1/2 miles on my treadmill (in the AM...see, if I get to sleep in until 7:30, I would exercise every morning)
Hand Weights

Day 35

Breakfast:
Tim Horton's Iced Cappucino (made with white milk)
Sausage sandwich

Snack:
Slice of banana bread

Lunch:
Peanut butter and jelly sandwich

Exercise:
none
