Day 29, Food and Exercise Log

Ok, let's see if we can get back on track this week...

Breakfast:
Tim Horton's Iced Cappucino (made with white milk)
Banana

Snack:
100 Calorie Pack - CinnaSwirl Girl Scout Cookies

Lunch:
Soup at Hand - Creamy Chicken
Toasted Cheese sandwich

Snack:
1 serving of Flat Earth Apple Cinnamon Chips

Dinner:
Chili

Exercise: Yes!!!!
2 miles on treadmill

The treadmill odometer was at 42. I'm on track to getting the 15 miles in for this week. I am down to only needing 13 more! As far as my eating today, I was rather surprised that it went as well as it did. I thought for sure I would have one of those "feed me chocolate" headaches. No chocolate and no pop for me today!! I really need to build up my breakfast now.
