Oh not a good weekend! I made bad food choice and then didn’t exercise. I did write down everything I ate so we will see how bad it comes out to be. I also wrote down how I was feeling before I ate and after I ate because they were such bad choices. Looking back on my notes today, I probably will not be making choices like this again. I think it’s good to write down how you are feeling when you make bad food choices. It helps to understand why you made the choice and might just keep you from making that choice again.

Today got off to a good start but quickly went on the downhill spiral.
