Day 107, Food and Exercise Log

I am really behind. It was a busy weekend and returning to work with an inbox full of emails wasn't fun either.

Breakfast:
Tim Horton's Iced Cappucino (made with white milk) (4 points)

Lunch:
Turkey Sandwich (4 points)
Strawberries (1 point)

Jell-O Sugar Free 60 Calorie Dark Chocolate Pudding (1 point)

Dinner:
Pork sandwich, baked beans, pasta salad (10 points)

Dessert:
Chips Ahoy Dessert (2 points)

Exercise:
1.385 miles/208 calories walking/jogging (Couch to 5K)

Overall thought: I really need to make changes!!
