Visit the redemption section of the website, enter your UPC codes, print your redemption form and mail it in. Must be postmarked by 12/31/08.
They have a new offer for a free haircut. It works the same way the free manicure/pedicure did. You need to purchase two bottles of specially marked participating Herbal Essence Shampoo and/or Conditioner products. Specially marked bottles will have a green sticker on the front featuring the free haircut offer as indicated in the bottles to the right.
Once you purchase your bottles, you will need to visit the Redeem section of the website to enter your UPC codes. Then print your redemption form and mail it in. It's that easy! All free haircut redemption forms and materials must be postmarked by 6/30/09. The vouchers are good until 7/31/2010. They are limited to 2 per person and 2 per household.
This is my favorite shampoo (Hello Hydration) so I'll be sure to look for specially marked bottles.
