Celebrate Elmo's third birthday with your friends at Borders on Saturday, February 21, 2009 from 2:00pm - 3:30pm. There will be stories, art activities, games and more for kids ages 3-8. Some stores will also host trivia and dance party activities for older kids as well. Click here to find out if a location near you will be participating.
