Recipe: Pizza Dip

This dip could actually be used as an appetizer or light dinner.


  • 6 oz light cream cheese
  • ½ cup light sour cream
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup diced red peppers
  • ¼ cup diced green peppers
  • ¼ cup diced green onions
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Combine cream cheese, sour cream and oregano until smooth.
  2. Spread cream cheese mixture into a pie plate.
  3. Top with pizza sauce, Mozzarella cheese, peppers, and onions. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  5. Serve with whole wheat crackers.
