Lunch:
Skillet Sensations - Ter. Chicken (6 points)

Exercise:
1.5 miles/225 calories walking on my treadmill

It sounds like you are doing well and staying on track! How is vacation going? when do you leave?

15 pounds is a great accomplishment! What kind of change have you noticed?

I am actually doing her workout on Comcast On Demand. If you have it, and go to the On Demand key, and then go to exercise. you will find her in there.

I just started on Monday, and I can still feel it, but its the best work out I've ever had. I'm pumped!!
