We did pretty good on our menu plan last week. We still didn't eat the manicotti so it will remain on the menu this week. We're also using up some of Easter leftovers to make dinner two nights this week. We've got another really busy week planned so our menu will be simple. I've got some new recipes that I will be trying out next week.

Lunch Options:
Soup/Grilled Cheese
Pizza Rolls
Bagel Bites
Corn Dogs, Salad
Salad, Fruit
Homemade bean burrito
Dinner (no options - you get what's cooked):
1. Beef Stroganoff (made with Easter leftovers)
2. Ham and Bean soup (made with Easter leftovers)Breakfast Options:

5. Easy Baked Manicotti
