Last week went rather well as far as our menu plan. We didn't eat the Baked Ziti though. This week we will be enjoying Christmas dinner with my fiance's family so it's one less day that I have to menu plan. Next week we will begin our journey of eating healthier and trying to eliminate as much processed/prepackaged foods as possible. There's no more baking to be done either. All-in-all, it's a pretty simple week.
Here's my menu plan:
1. Chili dogs
2. Buffalo Popcorn Chicken, Smashed Potato Skins
3. Baked Ziti topped with meatballs
4. Pork & Sauerkraut
5. Slow Cooked Pot Roast, Mashed Potatoes, Carrots
