This week will be a tough week. There will be 2 nights - Christmas Eve and Christmas Day that we will be eating dinner at relatives' houses. My oldest son's birthday is Saturday but will be with his grandparents. We normally take him to dinner but I'm thinking it might fall on our YFIYEI (You Find It You Eat It) night or next week.
Here’s my plan for this week…
This week's baking: Buckeyes (family favorite), Sugar Cookies (1WW pt cookies), Peanut Butter Blossoms, No Bake Cookies, birthday cake1. Grilled Chicken, salad, fruit
2. Breaded Butterfly Shrimp, mashed potatoes, green beans
3. Baked Ziti topped with meatballs (family favorite with mini-meatballs on top - less meat in the pasta mixture)
4. Lunch meat and chips (if hungry when we return home on Christmas evening)
5. Taco/Burrito Bar (Friday or Saturday - when my fiance's kids come over)
