I’m back. My schedule has been crazy lately. My fiancĂ© has been doing much of the cooking. I make him a list of the “meats” we have and have him do that part. Once I get home, I match up a side item with the meal. It’s worked for us. However, this week he will be working further from home and will not make it home before me. It means back to menu planning to avoid dinner-time meltdown. I don’t want to leave my kids without dinner on their plates or let them find their own sugary less than healthy dinner.
