Barnes & Noble's Summer Reading Program

Here's How It Works:

1. Kids (grades 1-6) read any 8 books.

2. Kids use the Summer Reading Journal to describe their favorite part of each book. A parent/guardian signs it when it's complete.

3. Children bring their completed journal to a Barnes & Noble store between May 26th & September 7th, 2009.

4. We'll give them a coupon for a FREE book! They choose from a list of exceptional paperback titles.

* * Eligible books will be listed on the coupon. Choices must be made from eligible stock. No special orders. Limit of 1 form per school-age child (grades 1-6), please. Incomplete forms will be ineligible for free books.

Free Redbox Code for 5/4/09

Rent a free movie from your local Redbox kiosk using code: BT73H9. This code is good for today only. Using the code is very easy. We've been renting them for a couple weeks now...the kids love it. We also used a few of the free codes found at Inside Redbox.

Here are the steps to follow:

1. On the first screen, select “Rent with Promo”.
2. You will be prompted to enter the code; enter the code.
3. Choose your movie.
4. Swipe your credit card (or debit card).
1. This is just in case you do not return the movie on time (by 9pm the next day). You will be charged $1 per day up to $25, if the movie isn’t returned.
5. You will be prompted to enter your zip code and email address.

You can use the code multiple times; however, you need to use a different debit or credit card.

Returning the movie is even easier. You can return the movie to any Redbox. It doesn’t have to be the one you rented it from.

Here are the steps to return a movie:

1. On the first screen, select “Return a Movie”.
2. When prompted, slide the movie in the slot.

That’s it!
